Returns & Exchanges

🕒 Timeframes

All returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Requests after this window may not be accepted.

Note: Certain items (e.g. final-sale, perishable) may have shorter windows—these will be clearly labeled.


📦 Return Conditions

  • Must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Hygiene products (e.g. swimwear, cosmetics) must remain unopened.
  • Photos or videos may be requested upon return approval to verify condition.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Exchanges or credits are processed once return is inspected (3–5 business days).


🔄 Step‑by‑Step Process

  1. Submit return via our Return Portal or email support@example.com.
  2. Receive confirmation & shipping instructions (prepaid label if applicable).
  3. Pack item securely and attach provided label.
  4. Drop off at designated carrier or schedule pickup.
  5. We inspect within 3–5 business days after receipt.
  6. Refund, credit, or replacement processed within 5–10 business days post-inspection.

💵 Fees & Costs

  • If seller error (e.g. damaged), return shipping is free.
  • Change-of-mind returns require customer to cover shipping.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may be deducted for non-defective returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to seller error.
