All returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Requests after this window may not be accepted.
Note: Certain items (e.g. final-sale, perishable) may have shorter windows—these will be clearly labeled.

💵 Fees & Costs
- If seller error (e.g. damaged), return shipping is free.
- Change-of-mind returns require customer to cover shipping.
- A restocking fee of 10% may be deducted for non-defective returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to seller error.
